You will need to stay well rested to boost your immune system and get over your infection. Try to take it easy, especially during the first couple days of the infection.
Staying hydrated will make it easier to flush contaminants from your sinuses and help keep them clear. Drink more water than usual and try to avoid alcohol and other substances that can lead to dehydration.
